I’m Samantha May!
Hello friends! I’m the food loving country girl who’s enjoying and perfecting these amazing delicious creations first hand before you buy! I live on a small farm in Southern Maryland with my husband and 2 toddler sons. I spend my free time riding horses, collecting fresh farm eggs, and showing my little boys the wonderful world around him. My foodie journey began when I made a cookbook for my Nana. It was just her at home so making meals from most recipes left her with loads of leftovers and no freezer space. I made her a single serving cookbook with all types of yummy foods, complete with process pictures and of course mouth watering finished product hero shots. It was a huge hit! She loved it and I LOVED doing it! So much that I dropped everything to make tutorial food photography and recipe development my career. When your hobby becomes your job, there’s really no looking back! Fast forward a bit, after graduating from Pretty Focused, well known food photography and recipe development courses, here I am!
